Home from my mission!

I am back from my mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I served in the Germany Frankfurt Mission and loved it! It was wonderful to be able to share the light and hope of the gospel of Jesus Christ!

I am so grateful for Jesus Christ and to know that he lives and loves us. He died for us and our sins, and is ready to lead us away from our mistakes on the path of repentance and hope. Jesus Christ played a central role in our loving Heavenly Father's Plan of Happiness or Plan of Salvation. I am so grateful that God loved us so much "that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life" (John 3:16). That is truly an impressive, powerful love.

When we accept this love and come unto Christ then we can be saved. Let us come unto him!

A prophet in "The Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ" repeats this invitation in the book of Omni, chapter 1.

26And now, my beloved brethren, I would that ye should acome unto Christ, who is the Holy One of Israel, and partake of his salvation, and the power of his redemption. Yea, come unto him, and boffer your whole souls as an coffering unto him, and continue in dfasting and praying, and endure to the end; and as the Lord liveth ye will be saved.

And Jesus Christ himself invites us in the New Testament with such loving words,

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).

God and his son, Jesus Christ, love us so much and want us to return. I pray that we may and there find peace, rest and indescribable joy!
