Spain + back again, Part 2: cemetery

We went to the beautiful main cemetery in Valencia.
Fascinating how full it was
and all of the detailed ironwork doors
and stained glass seen through said ironwork.
And look--oranges! They're everywhere (unfortunately mostly for looks + not tasty; my Mom already tried them :-P :-) )

 And here are some of the in-the-wall-drawers for caskets (I have also seen this in Italy + I believe in Austria as well, F says they're also in Argentina..limited space leads to creative solutions):

 This one seemed oddly modern among all of the angels + marble flourishes
 In the little chapel, there was a nice friendly picture of the Pope John Paul II.
We enjoyed the sculptures.
