At night I lay down on my bed
with dampened hair upon my head
and in the morning I find me hair
had hosted a large county fair!
One frolicle had tried trapeze
several others the whirligig
a few sold popcorn the whole night long
and cotton candy? can't go wrong!
Still others found the roller coaster
the attraction of the night
popsicles, the carousel
ring toss, darts and swings!
Each curl decided how to play,
each frolicle went its own way.
Oh frolicles, oh frolicles
you headstrong diabolicals
just once perhaps
could you decide
to frolic with eachothers?
